How loud are those fans because i have been reading about the vipers and there are some posts that i have read saying that they are particularly loud.
they're loud at full rpm. but the akasa should be more tolerable, because it has a lower dbA. if you prefer silence, then go for the gelid silent wings or phobya g-silent.

I have been running Swiftech helix 140 fans on all of my rads and they really move the air through my rads. I am using low fpi rads ,(Alphacool Nexxxos UT60's) but they seem to really shine and they are quiet for a 1500rpm fan.
