No..........

Nothing new last night. Well, no new "work", anyway. redface.gif
I was too preoccupied with folding laundry and actually eating dinner (didn't the night before - go figure), then I had my raid come up at 9, so I only got a few pics of stuff I forgot to unbox.
I'm not really going to get much work done until the weekend, TBH!

Also, another big bogger for this is that it is now biking weather here in WV, and I will be out on the weekends enjoying the hills and trails, so there's that too...

Here are a few for ya'll enjoyment! cheers.gif

Samsung 840 Series, 500GB, for OS (Win8) and all programs...

WD 1.5TB Green for data...
Why 1.5 you might ask? Add them up, then ask my OCD.

Bitspower 250mL reservoir with matte black Bitspower stem port installed...

That's it for today!

Probably more when I get home, but I'm not sure what. Fan painting *should* be my next task, as that will allow me to permanently mount the front flex bay and set-and-forget that out of the way.
I'm thinking that maybe I'll go ahead and strip those wires I want to do and see how that goes! blinksmiley.gif

Thanks - T

Ok... I know that posting this will substantiate the laziness you all sense in me, and I don't really deny it, TBH, but I DID find a solution the the g'hey Corsair 18+10 > 24-pin ATX power problem I've been facing!

Clicky clicky, big 'ol Mickey...

Looks like @ 30cm (11.82 in. for us stupid Yanks) that this will perfectly fit, and eliminate the need for the extension I bought.... so RMA time....
Now to find this pc. for a few more of them!
DON'T WORRY, I will be modifying these cabling setups, I just am not at all confident in my electrical skills, and I don't want to wreck something like this.

Thanks - T

Soooooooo.....

After some mock-ups with the res and pump / block sitting in the only place it will go, and the back fan in, and the PSU in place, I've come to the conclusion that I WANT A PEDESTAL.

It's just not all gonna fit, man! sad-smiley-002.gif
There's just no F'in way; the Bitspower fittings are too big, the tubing (I wanted bigger, even) is huge, the radiators are thick as they are, and I swear that the prototypes they showed pics of were actually S5s, and they duped us. kookoo.gif

Ok, calm down, breathe...

I'll post up what I mean here in a bit, when I get a chance to edit out a bit!

Thanks - T

Yeah I always knew it would be tight but it sounds tighter than I thought particularly for those wanting to run fat rads. What fittings were you trying to use? Sounds like ST30 rads and 3/8" x 1/2" fittings might be the way to go.
