Meh.

Depends on who you ask. Ask an anal-retentive like me? Nope.

Ask someone else who didn't keep their Lego parts in Lazer-labelled boxes by size and shape when they were kids? Sure, it *could* be considered to fit!

Yeah, I love the thing, but honestly... there's nowhere to use it unless you run pull-only on say my front 120.2 that goes in my flex bay.

Now I'm at a loss! thinking.gif

Thanks - T

You can try a 140 to 120 fan adapter.

You can try a 140 to 120 fan adapter.

I had that spark of ingenuity last night, and then it crashed; the dumb thing doesn't even fit under my extended top as it is (without contacting the top, anyway), so it's a null issue.

I'm thinking I'll get another one, toss the bloody fan controller, put them both on the original 140.2 radiator and go RAWR all night long!

(kidding)

Thanks - T

I probably won't be using that fan, TBH.... It's a shame really... Also, you have to remember that's MAX audible, and this fella actually has a little switch on the side that lets you set it to "quiet" (500-1200 RPM) or "power" (500-2000 RPM), and I'm pretty sure that dB level lies in the higher end of the "power" range!

I love this controller, BTW. Every time I open the box, I smile! biggrin.gif

Thanks - T

Ok I guess you can use that fan controller then!!!

My NB PK-3s get here today, and some of my cable / sleeving stuff as well!

Little more progress!

Also, I'm starting to rethink the exact flow path for my loop:

Pump > 120.2 radiator (flex bay) > CPU > 140.1 radiator (drop-in) > GPU > reservoir

I mean, trying to do it any other way will create lengths of tube that unnecessarily crowd the already-small space!

Thanks - T
