Dont know what changed really,
But now I m getting around 120-150 FPS in TF2 but It really goes up and down a lot almost every 2 second.
I also checked my FPS in Borderlands and I was getting 100 and in CSGO too 100 but lot of fluctuation.

Are you sure multicore rendering is enabled in TF2 and CSGO?

It's in the video options near the bottom right in TF2.

On the second screen set the minimum CPU state to 0% on both.. This will save your battery and make less heat too. You may want to set the maximum CPU usage to something like 40% while on battery too so you save battery while on the go but the second you plug the laptop in it'll have the full 100% thumb.gif

A 3570k @ stock w/ GTX 660 Ti cannot pull off 200 fps minimum on a full server at max settings. What you're asking for is wishful thinking. (and before you ask, a desktop GTX 660 Ti is more powerful than a GTX 680m laptop card.)

As a laptop solution, you're going to get more fluctuation than on a desktop setup. Instead of having max clock limits, you're dealing with TDP limits, which can fluctuate wildly on enclosed cooling solutions. If the game is playable at above 60 fps, then that's a win for a laptop solution.
