You can try otherwise you may have to try to order a Windowed HAF 912 side panel or mod the one you have.

We normally have 30 days for returns or exchanges here in the USA.

EDIT: Also if you go back to where you purchased it point to the windowed side panel photo on the case box, tell them you were expecting that!

Sorry that you didn't get what you wanted and now we know why there was no windowed side panel.

mad.gif I hate myself for even bothering with this case.Should of just got the CM Storm Enforcer - problem free.God,i'll never skimp on neither of my parts, only headaches because of them.I have bought only few things that were the best at the moment and they still serve me well. Can't say the same for other parts of mine.Got the case with the intention of being a happy owner of a nice case and in all honesty,i'm not that satisfied.CM has fans information of ,1700RPM for top and front 200mm and in reality, they are 700rpm.Ok,whatever,i expected that given that megaflow 200mm is 700RPM too.But screwing with me about side window or not has crossed the line mad.gif

I decided to contact CM for a confirmation that the case comes with a window, get the case box and the case(pc) itself and go to the store with the warranty and request my side panel, the one with the window on it.I have all the packaging except for the little book that came with the case - with introduction and guides. Will this be a problem? What do you think? Thx in advance!

The HAF 912 that came with a computer I got for work doesn't have a side window either.

You didn't skimp, more like deception to a point and if I were you try to convince the place where you purchased it and point to the photo that shows the windowed side panel, make the case that this is what you thought you were purchasing and you want the version with the windowed side panel.

Just giving you a heads up but edit out your posts with the swearing or you're going to end up getting infractions.

I'll do that - can't wait for Monday for this single reason only. When i got it from the store they told me it's like that and i didn't care much then but now i just can't stand it without the windowed side panel. Not that it would help me but i like watching what's happening in my system, especially with some LED"s in it.If they don't want to give me a new side panel, refund it is.Gather money for one or two months more and then HAF XM with windowed side panel.Full Tower - who knows? Maybe it will become useful in the future.Oh and since in USA you have this 30-day refund/exchange policy,i sure hope there is one here too because with stores and warranties...it never ends good and it's never hassle-free - atleast not in Bulgaria.
P.S. Hate we don't have NZXT in Bulgaria - best cases i have ever seen. That NXZT Phantom 410 or Switch 810 ...sweet looking cases.

Correction: a HAF 912 Advanced with the option of with or without a side panel window with different model numbers.

Take the refund if they'll give it to you or have them order the Windowed version of the HAF 912 Advanced with the "W" in the model number.

You just got the wrong version of the case, don't boxing3.gif yourself up over it.

Yea,you're right - afterall it's just a case. The thing is - I would really hate to have to remove my cable management and then make new if they don't want to just give me a windowed side panel but a new case.Just hate when something doesn't go as planned biggrin.gif
