Take the refund if they'll give it to you or have them order the Windowed version of the HAF 912 Advanced with the "W" in the model number.

You just got the wrong version of the case, don't boxing3.gif yourself up over it.
Yea,you're right - afterall it's just a case. The thing is - I would really hate to have to remove my cable management and then make new if they don't want to just give me a windowed side panel but a new case.Just hate when something doesn't go as planned biggrin.gif

Yeah, go to the merchant and see what they'll do first before any deconstruction of your build then proceed when it's warranted.  Be kind and be stern with the merchant.

If you think you went through "blank" with a case, have I got a story for you for real.

lol!

But not here.

biggrin.gif It's good to know i'm not alone biggrin.gif I was in a bad mood actually when describing the case - i'm quite satisfied with it - it just has some problems a case for this amount of money shoudn't.
1) The paint job on the side panels isn't smooth,it's rough terrain like, not polished if that's the right way to say it.
2) Got the case for the high speed 1,700RPM 200mm fans which turned out to be 700RPM(expected though,1,700RPM for 200mm sounded too much biggrin.gif )
3) I probably got the single one version ever made of this case without a window and in Bulgaria, you can't buy i ready side panel like in USA: Click If i had this in my country,i woudn't even bother with warranty,i'll just buy it biggrin.gif
P.S. Just saw my post - so many smiling faces o.O

This is the specs for the 200mm Cooler Master megaflow fan: http://www.coolermaster-usa.com/product.php?product_id=2947

I don't think that you received the only non-windowed version in Bulgaria - you only just got the wrong version of this case.

Here though I don't know if the backside is painted: http://www.cmstore.eu/cases/haf/haf-912-plus/haf-912-windowed-sidepanel/

Yea,it's 700RPM ,i guess misleading information by CM in their own site. Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)
Cooling System Front: 200 mm red LED fan x 1, 700RPM,19dBA (can be swapped for two 120mm fans)
Top: 200 mm black fan x 1,700RPM,19dBA (can be swapped for two 120mm fans)
Rear: 120 mm black fan x 1, 1200 RPM, 17 dBA
Side:120/140 mm fan x 1 (optional)
This price is quite high actually .With shipping - the price goes up to 35 euro which equals 70 bulgarian levs(my currency).I got the case for 140 and it would be really dumb to give half of that for just a side panel.I have a shop that can make me an acrylic transparent window for 25-30 bulgarian levs = 15 euro. Then i won't have just a window in the side panel,i'll hase a window instead of a side panel. If things don't go right with warranty and me wanting a new side panel,i'll just get one made for me.Oh and i wonder, since (i guess it's not that hard) i know a shop that does that kind of things, can i ask them to make a window in my side panel or they'll ruin the thing? Cutting some steel and replacing it with acrylic doesn't sound too hard at all.If i had the instruments,i was going to do it myself.
P.S. I think i found a way to confince my store to give me another case with a window this time.According to the official CM site, the correct model number for the case is : HAF 912 Advanced (Asia only)
(RC-912A-KWN1)
I can easily say they give the wrong product trying to trick me it is the right one. They'll have no other option than to give me a new case.
P.S.2 - The return policy in Bulgaria is two weeks long = 14 days.I bought the case last friday (22february) so i will be in my rights to return it until the 8th of March.

Their description is not deceiving, I think you just put the "1" the "," and "700" together and thought it was 1,700 RPM.

I bet you'll opt for "P.S. 2" and IMHO you should and buy whatever case the correct way you want it to be. biggrin.gif  Take the opportunity (before it's too late) to then get what you really want.

Please keep me updated. wink.gif

Same, I build up 2 rigs with the HAF 912 and neither had an option for a window, if they did, I would have gotten it, but at the time, it wasn't even offered.

Yes for us in the states the HAF 912 BASIC (unpainted interior) was it with no side window option as still is the same unless one purchases that windowed panel separately.

Now one can if it's in stock to purchase a HAF 912 Advanced which has the side window panel, black painted interior and 2 red 200mm megaflow fans only at the Cooler Master store.  None available at this point in time.
