Overclocking I7 3770K to 4.6ghz

Thread Starter
Only reason why im trying to overclock my cpu is because I have 2 680s and both are not being used more then 50% each while gaming and im not getting the FPS im more then capable of.
Right now I have a asrock z77 extreme 6 motherboard and an 3770k clocked at 4.2ghz at 1.125v, I cant seem to get anymore out of it since I cant even get 4.3ghz out of 1.140v, someone once told me to set the CPU load calibration to level 2 which right now its set to auto and is level 5, I have no idea what this will do. can anyone help me?
Also i play at 1920x1080p with a 120hz monitor and im getting below 60fps in games i can easily get over 120 fps if just my GPUs would work like they should.

You will need much more for 4.6Ghz, at least 1.23v. Past 4.4Ghz the ability to OC decreases greatly for lower voltage.
