GTX 680 varieties

Other than the stock and boost core speeds, are there any differences between these 2 models of GTX 680?

Will they SLI together? If so, can they SLI together as the core speeds stand as stock, or would I need to flash them to have the same exact core speeds before they SLI?

The Newegg one is the FTW edition which means it comes with a slightly different cooler, PCB and is clocked higher out of the box. The Microcenter one is close to the reference design but comes with 4GB of vram over the normal 2GB. Both will work fine in SLI.

Meaning I CAN use 1 of each right out of the box to SLI with EACH OTHER?

Yes? Am I understanding that correctly?

Also, they both are 4gb GPUs/

They will work fine in SLI out the box and yes both are 4GB cards. Both cards will be limited to the non-FTW 680 speeds but you can remedy that by manually overclocking it.
