Which one do you guys suggest?

My current CPU is an i5-2500(non K)

I would love to OC my cpu, but obviously I can't. Is it worth it for me to upgrade?

Not a whole lot, the i5-2500 is still a great CPU and if it's just for gaming especially, no. Your i5 and the 670 are good to go for a while.

What do you use your PC for?

If you plan on folding or using heavy intensive multi-threaded programs, then a 3770k.

If not, go for a 3570k.

Yeah in almost every single game, your CPU won't be the bottleneck currently.

The 3570/K (Ivy Bridge) wasn't a big improvement over the 2500/K (Sandy Bridge). The 4670/K (Haswell) should be out in June which should be a better investment.
You'll be fine in most games, in the games that are CPU intensive you'll only lose a few frames here and there. You can probably still get your 2500 to 4GHz if you want. I'd wait until at least 2014 when Haswell has had time to mature before you upgrade.

Well, you can, but it has to be by changing the BUS speed, which is something I wouldn't get into doing.
