CAPSTONE-450 Sleeving Question(s)

So I picked this beast up,

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817182066

And I'm fitting this thing inside my Fractal 304. The issue? Cables are long, like too long. So, being the clever guy I am I want to shorten the cables to better fit my cases needs.

I'm just not digging the hole where the cables come out of, and furthermore when I sleeve the cables how will the sleeves hold in place when they are IN the PSU itself?

Will a zip tie be enough to keep the sleeves from moving around on the cable itself or is there some secret technique handed down from master to apprentice on how to prevent the sleeves from sliding up and down the cable?

OH and to add to this without making a new thread, Whats a good length on the Heatshrink for doing the power cables?

(can't look at Lutr0's tutorials on PSU sleeving. Images are block. Darn you GOV computer!!)

I've seen people zip tie and then heatshrink over the cable and zip tie. Also you might need to make the hole bigger or remove some of the cables to allow for the extra diameter of the sleeved cables. As for the heat shrink 15mm seems to be what most people use, but i believe that 15mm only really works with a good thin walled 4-1 shrink, like mdpc.
