First of all, welcome to the forum! To begin OC'ing, you will need to access the options in the BIOS. I believe they are under 'jumper free config' on the Asus boards. From here, you can change frequency, multipliers, and voltage. Here is a great guide on how to get started. Nice system you have going there!

go into your advanced bios settings and see how far you can push your cpu frequency until your temps are near the max acceptable by you. Then let us know how you're getting on.

i am really only hoping for 3.2 ghz nothing insane , ive checked my bios once before and set overclocking to manual in jumperfree , the reason my temps are abit high is because i have a bad cheap case i had to buy so the card could fit in .

What sort of cooling do you have? If you are still using the stock cooler, I would pay close attention to your temps. Make sure to push up the OC slowly....don't just go for 3 ghz right off the bat.

Excellent! That should cool it nicely. Just be sure that there is good airflow throughout your case. The 9500 is very dependent on airflow.
