GTP's budget build - Page 2

Thanks, guys. I also used my old laptop's 500gb hard drive for XP, found a cheap 750gb hard drive to run 7 on, and already had keys for each OS. Also, nearly everything was local or shipped two-day for free via Amazon Prime. biggrin.gif

When I was putting this together, it was a choice between the A10-5800K and the FX-4300. I got a little frustrated trying to find a motherboard rated for the 100w TDP that had decent ratings and reviews and wasn't too expensive for what I was trying to accomplish within my budget. I can find the GA-78LMT-USB3 for $65. Would I be able to make the swap without reinstalling windows 7 or windows xp?

If I were to get the Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 motherboard, what would be some reasonably safe overclocking expectations?
