Additional Shipping Instructions for Canada and Puerto Rico customers:

- International returns must have a commercial invoice for importation into the U.S. (used for U.S. Customs Purposes Only.)
- Prepare a commercial invoice for the freight carrier (Use fair market value). An example of the Commercial invoice can be found at: ftp://download.intel.com/services/warranty/cws/CommercialInvoice_ups.pdf
- The commercial invoice should be on company letterhead.
- List all products being returned and include the following: Order#, Quantity of Units Returned, Product Description, Country of Origin (actual marking on product), Unit Value, and Total Value.
- Call 1-800-PICK-UPS to arrange pick-up. Give your completed invoice to the UPS driver.

Basically when sending it out, you will have to fill out the customs form properly. It's easier than it sounds, I usually just go to a UPS store & do it.

Ah, I was planning on dropping it off to canada post, they should have it too right? I think I dropped my PSU off without doing this a few days ago for my other PC, will I run into issues for that?

Canada post is the same thing, have to fill out the customs forms. The couriers like UPS cost more but are generally a bit faster.

I've never tried mailing to the US without the customs form, I would imagine the post office must have done one for the PSU.
