Is there a way to overclock my CPU(Q6700 Core 2 Quad) in a dell optiplex 745 ?

You will have to do a BSEL mod, and possibly a VIN mod, depending on how high your OC is. Read up. http://www.overclock.net/t/341123/intel-bsel-vid-mod-guide

I have read that thread but the max fsb that my motherboard recognizes is 1066 and my actual CPU 1066FSB

Typically you cannot overclock a prebuilt computer via the bios. Only software overclocking within windows might be possible. But more than likely no.

I have seen read in some threads that a SW for overclocking is Clockgen.
Can i use it for my Dell ?
It seems a lil complicated someone can help me ?
