Random BSOD 'Bad Pool Caller' - help

Thread Starter
I get random BSOD 'Bad Pool Caller'.

The BSOD does NOT cause boot loops. The PC just freezes on the BSOD and I have to manually reset the PC.
It happens in safe mode as well.
It happens during log-off (60%), log-on (30%) and in between while browsing the internet and not stressing the PC (10%).

My CPU is @ OC for 6 months now with no issues and I'm sure it's not the cause. That being said, I've set the BIOS to default settings.
While OCing (6 months ago), I've stress tested using Prime95 for 24HR and ran through a series of test to get stable PC, so please don't go there.
I've already mentioned I reverted back to default and I still get the BSOD (and 4.5GHz is not extreme OC and easy to stabilize).

I haven't installed new hardware.
The only recent changes were:
1. Playing around with AMD drivers (installing Beta 7 and removing)
2. Installing Bitdefender Total security 2013

My RIG:
win7 64 bit SP1 (latest updates installed)
Intel core i7 3770k OC 4.5GHz
Asus P8Z77-V-Deluxe BIOS 1805 Rev 1.xx
16GB 4x4GB corsair Vengence CML16GX3M4A1600C9B 9-9-9-24 (XMP profile)
Intel 520 240GB SSD (Tested for errors using Intel Utility - Pass)
WD 1TB black HDD
AMD Sepphire HD6950 2GB Dirt3 edition Driver 13.2
PSU Thermaltake 850W gold
Dell U2412M 24" 1920x1200 @ 60Hz

No other PCI hardware.

Keyboard: Razer blackwidow ultimate (latest drivers at startup)
Mouse: Logitec G400 (latest drivers at startup)

I use Windows Firewall
Bitdefender Total Security 2013 (Firewall off)

What runs in system tray?

1. Razer Synapse (keyboard profiles)
2. Logitec (mouse profiles)
3. Bitdefender
4. Asus AI Suite 2
5. PeerBlock
6. Soluto (A system monitoring and diagnostic tool)

When is the BSOD happening? (On windows startup? During a game?)
First thing I would try is reverting your settings to stock. Such as processor and memory.
Have you looked at the error in the event viewer yet? What description does it give you for that?

I just revert my settings but I was OC for 6 months now without an issue and no settings changed and no new hardware.

Event 41, Kernel-Power: The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.
