I don,t know what it means but whatever it is it,s not good
try lowering your overclock and see if the beeping stops .
does it also beep at stock or just when overclocking ?

as I said lower the overclock and see what happens .
by the way don,t overclock your core it,s a geforce2 mx 400 and you will gain nothing at all from overclocking the core , just overclocking the memory will help

What game are you playing?

Get speedfan to monitor your temps while in that game. Alt tab and check every once in a while.

I agree , the motherboard will give you beeps if the cpu is overheating , maybe the cpu fan has stopped , that,s why I asked you if it the beeping happens at stock or not , if you set the card to stock and the beeps are still there then it,s probably the cpu overheating .

Are you pressing lots of keys on your keyboard at the same time? Loudest, most common source of beeps for me!
