HyperX 3k VERY SLOW AFTER REFORMAT

Thread Starter
Hi everyone, I'm not a computer expert so please bear with me. I got a pretty nasty virus last night, tried everything but could not remove the damn thing. So I did the next best thing considering my system is still rather new, which was to delete everything and reformat. So, everything is a fresh install.

Before my SSD would boot up in about 13 seconds - from a cold start to the windows loading screen.

Now, it hangs anywhere from 30 seconds to one minute! Maybe even a bit longer than that! I don't really understand what's going on.

Is my SSD damaged? Did I overwrite on it too much or something?

I would like to get my old performance back, it was so fast, but now it's like three, maybe five times slower! I'm very confused and sad. frown.gif

Thanks for the help!

Give(upload) as a screenshot of AS-SSD benchmark:
http://www.filehippo.com/download_asssdbenchmark/
and it will be good for you to write your pc configuration.

What type of format? Was it a quick format or full?

Just for reference can you give more details of the system?
