ASUS Striker Extreme - Page 2

Seems to be a lot of rumours abounding about this board; other users are seeing massive overclocks and rock solid stability. I'd wait until they are readily available retail and more tests have been done. there were rumours that the Evga 680 was a memory killer too! Trust me get a father board instead

I've been reading that there have been some crappy P5N32-E boards going out. I just got mine in the mail. The rest will come next week. I hope I didn't get the bum one. But hey, its nothing an RMA can't solve.
I'm really looking forward to this new system.

Wah, the cutting edge is a PITA. Hopefully things will be looking better for the Striker. I've heard the EVGA was having issues with SATA.

If the BIOS can't utilize the hardware of the board, it doesn't really help you out. However, if your refering to the system in your sig as your stats, that doesn't really help to prove that the board is awesome if you just matched it with a great CPU and GPU. Also, I don't understand your PC2800 ram.

When I mentioned look at my stats I meant that I actually had the board and wasn't making a fanboish statement....when you install this board you get a feeling of greatness. Sure it may not be the best ocer..yet but everything else about the board(the added features ) is purely awsome! Just give it time asus will fix the problem
(I got this board cause i was pressed for time(thats y I didnt wait for price drop) and I wanted the best board out!

as for the pc2800 It means pc2 800
