Low memory Benchmarks

Thread Starter
Initially I ran a Geekbench 2 with 4Gb Corsair (2x2gb) 1600Mhz 9-9-9-24 1.65V RAMs and the result came back with:
Memory performance: 5985
Memory Bandwidth performance: 6020

I then switched the RAMs with newer Corsair Vengeance 8Gb (2x4gb) 1600Mhz 9-9-9-24 1.5V. I ran the test again.
Memory performance: 6014
Memory Bandwidth performance: 5447

The newer RAM is twice stronger than the old ones but the performance is lower. Why is that? And is there something wrong with my BIOS settings?

PS. No idea why this forum kept rotating my photos upside down

The last picture you need to turn it.

Both sets of memory are exactly the same specs apart from the amount, the benchmark gives you a score based on performance not on the amount of memory you have.
