Need some advice with a purchase of a GTX 670 vs a GTX 680

Thread Starter
I see that the GTX 680 cost about 100 more than a GTX 670 but i see that they both perform excellent. I want to save soe cash and go with the GTX 670 but i also want top performance, I am wondering if the 100 more is worth it?

and

Will an overclocked 670 perform on par with a Stock 680??

If so I am sold on the 670

I'd go with the 670. You likely won't notice the tiny diferrence, and yes, with an OC, it'll perform at 680 levels.

To me, if anyone asks this question, the right answer is generally the 670. You'll be plenty happy with it, I'm sure.

670, no doubt. The best price/performance high end card from NVIDIA.
