Hey, what do you guys think of Alp switches compared to Cherry MX switches? I know there are different kinds, but what do they offer that Cherrys do not?

Good ALPS switches can offer a more substantial tactile point without click, or a lower-pitched, less annoying click on clicky switches. There also exist ALPS variants with internal damping, to make them quieter.

Bad ALPS can have lots of disadvantages, but can also come in at a lower price than Cherry MX switches.
