It's random, depends what silicon they were packing under the IHS for each batch.
Looking at someone who got a great chip a few days ago it was a C though, L246C294 was a 5Ghz under 1.3V 3770k.

I wish i had the answer to that. As of right now i havent had any power issues at all. Am i at my limit with quad SLI, a 4.5Ghz Bloomfield and all this watercooling and fans? Probably

PSU calculator says a 1038W PSU is recommended.

Whats the best way about going binning these chips? I have a waterloop right now but its so hard to switch processor back and forth between them. I might take the four hour trip soon to Houston and buy 15 i5-3570K just to make the trip worth it and get the best out the lot then sell the rest. My chip does about 4.9@1.45 right now, can't get to 5ghz though
