Got mine 3570K 4.9Ghz@1.290v, @1.280, it would freeze within the hour.
Im sure I can go higher, max temp was 69C on prime, and my fans where running at 30-40%.

Gonna run this setup a little longer before I go any higher.
Is there any "dont go any higher than this _ voltage"?
1.35, 1.4-1.45 maybe. Some ran over 1.5 semi-long-term. I wouldn't worry at all about say 1.38v with temps under 90 in small fft for my types of usage (not 24/7 folding or anything)

Cool! Thanks.

Gonna see how high I can go as soon i know that 4.9Ghz@1.29 is rock stable.
You're lucky bro, I need 1.29V for 4.3.
Yeah, that's ridiculous for 4.9Ghz. Very nice.

What's the temp difference one can expect between p95 and real-world gaming usage?

I'm pushing up to low 70's with 1.24v in p95. Mid to high 70's in IBT. (h100i push, no delid, no aftermarket compound, ambient 25C)

5-20C, I wouldnt worry as your temps are fine even if you do break 70 occasionally while gaming. Realistically, I would expect gaming temps to hover around 55-60 on average if you are topping out low 70's

Guess 4.9@1.29 is the max I can go.

Only lasted a few minutes 5Ghz@1.33, not worth going any higher IMO.
