With the multiplier on 18 and fsb on default(200) =3.6Ghz and the vcore at 1.35 i got a bsod

thats to high then what was the default set at. Bring it down to 1.2 then.

On 1,21v and mutiplier of 18, there is no blue screen of death but my windows froze up when its say: welcome.
