7950 Reference choice

Hi Guys,

I'm in the process of building a new rig and I'm having some issues deciding on a 7950..

I'm water cooling the whole rig so I figure I have to aim for a reference 7950, the main supplier I use is pc case gear (I'm in Aust) and I can only really identify one reference card from the page that I'll like below.

Ideally I'd like to go with two 7950 reference cards but I'd really like to pick up some that aren't voltage locked, my only issue is that I need to be able to get water blocks to suit..

List of 7950s

Failing finding a decent 7950 I am open to going for a 7970, I was looking at a lightning but I can't really justify the $140 difference between it and other cards..

Any input would be much appreciated!

Thanks guys!

the sapphire HD 7950 11196-16-40G uses a AMD reference PCB design.

http://www.coolingconfigurator.com/

ekwb's site lists 11196-16 as AMD reference design compatible. in the US the model no is 11196-16-20G. other regions it seems to be 11196-16-40G. you can also see the AMD name and logo above the PCI-E connector which can be found on reference designs.
