In the bios, my voltage can only reach a certain point, i need it to go beyond what it is able to reach to overclock it well. Is there any way to do this?

Yes, it's called hard modding. You have to use solder and connect certain points on the motherboard.

What CPU speed/voltage are you at now? What does your BIOS max at?
