That HIS card you posted about is not listed on the list that I created.

The HD7950 HIS ICEQ X² is the card that I listed as being built on a reference HD7970 PCB design.

I didn't post anything about the HD7850 in that thread.

I don't think the card you ordered is built on reference HD7970 reference PCB design. I'd cancel orders for the block and card ASAP to avoid problems.
