I would like to first say it's a honor to be able to see such a masterpiece created by you & I have no words to comment on such a beautifully made case.

Could you PLEASE sell "compact splash" once more?
I understand life is not fair & it sucks for every single person just wishing they saw this case earlier and got into making pc's earlier but is there any way? Any way at all?

Maybe you can start a poll of how many people would be interested in purchasing the "compact splash" if it were to be re-introduced into the market.
I don't want to buy a used one & want mine customized using the options you had provided when you started selling these cases.

Please give us some hope!
Would greatly appreciate it if you can come up with a positive response.
Thanks.

Feel free to check out the case I have in my signature. There is one left that is still for sale.

Thanks for the offer.
I am only interested in mini-itx.
Hopefully someone out there with permission from Kyle recreates "compact splash" because at the moment it seems like the answer to my request is a 'no'.

You nailed it with the last part. Your best bet is to come across someone selling their case. Good luck with your endeavor! thumb.gif

P.S. Just because my case was designed around mATX doesn't mean an ITX board wouldn't fit and look awesome in there. You'd also have twice the cooling space available as well.

^ Sad fact is that no designer would like their work to be replicated by another. In fact another fellow designer will also respect that attitude. The Compact Splash was meant to be unique and one off thus the limited nature. What Jeff is marketing is also unique so I'd say you should pick it up asap before the last one goes away. I would've gotten one myself but with 2 Compact Splashes in my hand and very little funding to build inside them although I desperately need to build in them for my own needs I've decided to sit his project out :'(

Thanks for the reply.
I recently just went to Dubai. Great place! Very beautiful!
If you ever plan on selling 1 of your compact splash's to anyone please let me know. I prefer the black.

It sucks that such a beautiful case just simply doesn't exists for newer member's of the PC race.

Thanks.

Hey all! Got my splash back from a friend who ended up tossing it in storage for a while and the screws started to rust. Anyone know where I can get replacements or if there is a easy way to remove the rust?

Dremel with a wire brush attachment? Screw them into some scrap metal and brush them off? Dunno if it would work... worth a try though! smile.gif

Wouldn't it just rust again if I'd that? Haha. I think I might just hit up the hardware store. Any chance you know the thread measurement or specs or whatever you would call it? Haha

I suggest a little patience. Every once in a while someone parts with their Splash. Heck, even I have wanted to let mine go once or twice in the past. Yet, every time, I seem to gravitate back towards it and do a rebuild. It truly is a wonderful case. Good luck...you probably will get a chance sooner or later.

A few of mine did the same thing after taking it out of storage. It was mainly the screws holding the bottom hard drive panel and the screws used to attach the hd's. I eventually want to replace all the screws with colored ones, but currently I going with a blacked out theme. biggrin.gif
