i've been checking out these cheap chinese blocks. the bottoms don't look to be machined to a fine finish. is your block that way? if so, you could lap it to get better temps.

Sorry about the late reply, not sure if you'll get this haha. My temps have gotten better since last time I posted. My system didn't fully bleed yet and now it has. The idle temps are 1-3deg lower, however at max load, OC'd to 4ghz, I'm getting about 37-42deg.

I feel like the temps could be higher if i reapplied my cpu thermal paste, I'm 80% sure I ****ed up cause the cpu waterblock was a pain to get on.

I'm planning to update the thread later on this week with a more detailed update + pics!

Here's the setup that's still at work.

Giant mess since I'm eating + doing assignments. Don't worry though, I'll clean it all up and make it neat for you lovelies.

I have a table clamp triple monitor mount on the way. Thinking of debezeling also.
Thinking of adding a computer underglow, as well as LED's behind the tv also.. which might be debezeled too.

Hey guys, another update on the build. I got a GPU waterblock for my 7870 for $50 shipped from Aliexpress, though not a full cover, it does the job well.

Will post temps and OC later tomorrow, I've been really happy with this cheap ass cooling system, no troubles, no leaks, pump is quiet, everything is aaaay okaaay
