Problems bleeding system

So I have my WC system installed and running. Temps are constantly low, however I am having issues getting all the air bled from my system. I am using a dual bay Swiftech Malstrom rez. I am wondering if bleeding from the fill cap is the best method? I have had the system running for 3 weeks now but still can't force that last bit of air out. It seems ok, temps and pump run fine, but I can hear the air as it passes through the pump, I don't want to burn my pump up and would like a much quieter system after all that's one of the reasons why I went with water cooling. Any thoughts?

The pumps are integrated into the res? Typically with the res above the pump the pump doesn't suck much air in, unless you have a loose fitting and its sucking in air somehow. Usually air gets trapped in places like water blocks and rads, and when it gets bled out it typically just floats to the top of the res and doesn't get sucked back into the pump... Are all of your fittings tight?

That is correct, the pump is integrated into the rez. All fittings seem to be tight, no leaks anyway. It's almost like the coolant is foaming up and that is being sucked into the pump and cycling through the system returning to the rez as a bigger air pocket. Rinse and repeat.

How full is the res? Can you get the water level all the way to the top? Try filling it as much as possible and then leaning the tower towards the back as much as you can for a bit to increase the distance between the pump intake and the water level and see if that calms it down any. Also, on the foaming issue, what are you using as coolant? Doesn't sound like just water...

The rez is full to the 100% mark on the front of the rez. I may be able to get a bit more in and will try that. I am using Feser one Acid Green UV coolant. If you check my pc build pictures you can see one of the hoses with small air bubbles in it and a picture of the rez at it's current fill level.

Are you using nothing but the pre-mix stuff or did you add any water? If I were you I'd dilute it a bit, thin it out with water. Then, you might try a SINGLE drop of dish soap, just for the surfactant in it. My loop is more than 95% water and even when I was filling and bleeding it initially I would never get any foam, the bubbles just cleared out in the res.

It is 100% premixed coolant. Its hard to explain, its not really foam, more like a lot of small bubbles. It's almost like the coolant is being forced back into the rez with a lot of force and is causing it to churn. Almost like the pump is to strong. I don't think this is the case, just trying to explain it the best I can. I will recheck the fittings and top off the rez tonight when I get home from work and see how that goes first. I am wondering if it is the style rez that I'm using. I hear bad things about the bay rez's, I hear that it is better to use a cylinder style rez with a separate pump not a combined unit like I bought. As I said before I will try your suggestions when I get home tonight and post back my findings.

Bay res are like that,they take a while to bleed.
Im not sure i would add dishsoap to a premix filled rig,distilled is fine for that trick to be used on and does work but im cant say what reactions you would get with a premix.

Run the pump at a lower speed till the fluid settles down then continue pulsing the pumps to bleed it.
