Because it is black edition that means I can overclock as well right? I might not do it now because I am a noob, but it is still possible on it right?

Very short answer.

If you want to run ARMA3 smoothly, you are going to need a lot of horse power ATM (because it is in alpha). Core i5 (like a 2500k) would be your best bet, but if you are stuck with what you got, then upgrading the CPU would be your best bet. If you need a better graphics card, I would recommend upgrading the PSU as well. The power supplies Dell uses are... crap for lack of a better word. Getting yourself a nice 650W PSU (like the TX 650 because of their price) would be a good place to start. Then from there, getting a GTX 650 Ti should do it, though don't expect miracles out of it. You won't be able to max out Arma, but that will give you a nice head start.
