It isn't all the ropes, if they fixed that it would probably still be the most demanding game.

im gonna guess they aren't gonna fix that rope problem or anti aliasing jaggedies, like how they still never patch crysis 2 to fix the still buggy multiplayer.

I like to sneak with the bow all the time biggrin.gif
The game run smoothly on my rig, I clicked on "optimize" in GeForce experience and let the graphic setting as is.
Didn't tried the multi, but it's not the kind of game I like in multi anyway, the Alpha was ok but didn't really like the Beta (and hated multi on Crysis 2, it was invisible chiken killing me with fist).

Lol how can they screw that up haha. Pretty buggy when you can be inside pulling 25 fps then overlooking a full landscape and pull 60 plus

I'd like to point out that this game isn't as CPU intensive as people may thought its all gpu.
A phenom runs it fine. Athlon iix4 has problems

Yes it is high CPU intensive. The reason that your CPU runs it good is that it is more optimized for AMD cpus. Also as i said when my fps drops my gtx670 is at 60% load and my cpu is almost maxed. And last even if i put all the settings to low i still have fps drops and almost nothing changes in the performance which pretty much validates that there is not GPU limitation.
Also do some googling and you will find out that Crysis 3 is indeed very high CPU demanding

50-60% CPU usage on average and my GPU is pegged at a constant 99%. 50-60fps average maxed out settings using FXAA, rain effects dip me down to 35-40 fps. The lighting effects are some of the best I've seen so far but this game would look a lot better at a constant 100+fps. 50-60fps is nowhere near as smooth as 50-60fps in Crysis 2 but still pretty smooth. Also don't like the tall wavy grass, looks extremely fake*.

Have to agree on the corny acting, only 2 levels in but profits reaction to new york 2.0 was terrible and so far the enemy chatter is pretty lame. Hope it gets better, the multi-player maps in this game are way to small.

Well as i noticed you run an OCed cpu at 5Ghz...
I am talking about stock cpu. Mine is an i5 3570k at stock 3.8 boosted ghz... and is under full load in crysis 3 and my video card runs from 50-75%

I like the people telling porkies with this game all over the web just so they have bragging rights to FPS hall of fame,

"Crysis 3 is amazing it runs at least 75 FPS on my system maxed out at 1080p" his system was a i7 3750 with single GTX670, 6GB ram.... So maxed out with full AA would have seen about 25-40FPS, mine struggles to stay above 70FPS min

I was impressed when I started reading these speeds then quickly called BS on them lol,

What FPS are you all getting?

With smaa 4x and all settings on just high, around 25-45 averaging around 35fps 1920x1080 on a gtx 560ti 448, I like the way it's performing, me personally it's fine.

My i7 970 @ 4ghz with 580 sli...

I cannot really stress how beautiful this game really is, and that Crysis 2 does not come close, even with Maldo's mods...

Had to make this video... 1080p @ 60fps if you download the file, please don't watch through the youtube player.
