Seriously, you sound like one of the many kids around now that don't have imagination, demand instant gratification, refuse to go outdoors under the premise of "but mom, xbox"
Comic books aren't boring. They will never get old. I would've LOVED to get me 700 comics, even if I never read them all, i would have LOVED so much to have a big collection of comics to read while i'm at work or something.

It's pathetic that kids now a days don't know what a good comic is, or how much fun a good book is to read.

Damn these stupid kids and expecting to be spoon fed every ounce of information they want.

I used to play games a LOT more than I do now, but I used to spend even MORE time outside, or reading comics and ****.

I'm sorry, but you sound like a 12 year old kid that was raised on this new generation of **** tv.

Dang I would have liked to grab these, Pretty sure the deal was only good for 1-2 days when I heard about it so dead now..

Looks like the servers were pretty well killed off most of the time so likely a lot of people who even tried didn't get them, sucks.

DEAL DEAD (for future readers) OP should update.

They put the promotion on hold because of the overwhelming demand. They will bring it back in the future, so you'll be able to get your free issues.

Oh yea, because reading comics is definitely related to literacy! How did you even think of that stupid connection?

Umad? Lol seriously though, you sound like some old, nostalgic fool with a false sense of superiority, who QQs all day about those "damn kids". Also how does reading comics give you imagination? That connection makes no sense, and your logic is seriously bad--you should probably work on that. However, there is a study on science daily that suggests a link between imagination and playing video games, and I'll be happy to link it to you if you want. I also don't know what going outside has to do with anything, and its a ridiculous point. I never said anything about books btw, which are completely separate from comics. And what's wrong with instant gratification or being spoon fed information? It's simply more efficient, and requires less effort, which is awesome. That's the entire point of the internet--so you can get any information you want quickly with a few keystrokes. Welcome to the digital age. Get with it or G T F O.

INC more rage from hardcore nerdy fan boys and old people.
