The 35s seem to be just a bit too long. I tried using them to mount to the flex-bay and managed to punch a hole in a tube in the bottom (the "screw protector" didn't help much down there).

The rad in the top is an EK XTX 480...and I use Alphacool 30s to connect to the drop in mount fans...the EK screws were just a little too short.

My "screw" job throughout is a bit of a hack at the top as I didn't have enough of the right length (silly me, I though the EK screws would be long enough to mount to the case through the fans...)...so some of the fans are held by 3 screws with the 4th use to hold the fan to the mount.

Yes, I know, fugly...but it seems to work. No gaps, no jiggles. Probably helps that its the top rad and the weight is bearing down helping to hold it all in place and seal any gaps.

The newer Corsair fans might be easier to use.. I know a lot of people like them. I have Cougars.

When I order the replacement for my "holed" rad I'll be ordering a pile of the Alphacool 30s...they just seem to work right.

Where can you order the 30s from?

The only thing that stinks about ordering those is the shipping all i need is 8 packs of screws and they want $15 for shipping.

Its worse when you go through the "i'll add this then this then this" process and end up paying for shipping 5 times lol.
