agreed, do not cfx two garbage gpu's, get a single superior gpu instead.

He ready has the GPU so no need to mention it again. Don't get 1333 MHz memory kyfire has the best budget PSU so far. Antec value PSUs are also good and cheap

The scariest thing here (and I'm surprised it took more than 10 replies for this to be mentioned) is the motherboard choice, based on the failure-prone design of the 970A-G45 but without the VRM heatsinks (even worse). That should be switched out. StayFrosty's build is so much better, but DDR3-1600 may enable better bus clock/overclocking flexibility.
