need an educated guess on duel 180mm radiators

So very little testing on these radiators but this beening my first real loop I want to experince input into the performance of the magicool and the aplhacool rads. The fans I'm planning on using are the AP181s so seemingly good performance again doesn't seem much testing on them. All I know is they have the same frontal area which I've read is the main factor in cooling and that you need more pressure flow rate for higher FPI rads. I would only be able to fit 1 off 3.120mm in my case.

Alphacool NexXxoS ST45 180mm is a 45mm thick rad with 10 FPI. £76
Magicool Slim 180mm Dual Radiator is 35mm with 13 FPI £68

Okay the price difference isn't really a difference.
If I'm reading it right the Alphacool should perform better at lower fan RPM with the Magicool performing better at Higher.

Any inputs thanks.

depends on what rpm you want to run your fans at...

Thick radiators tend to respond better to a wider range of fan RPM. The Magicool has a slightly denser fin array so it should perform well with reasonably high rpm fans. The Alphacool won't necessarily be any worse at similar speed fans but is probably better with low rpm ones. I would go with the Alphacool if space is not an issue. The NexXxoS ST line is a great all copper design.

Thanks yeah I've got a lot of space I've ripped out the drive cages so have room to spare and I think the ap181 fans operate at 700-1200 so fairly low rpm so the alpha cool would probably be the better choice thanks.
