I would try it, but you could just back up the app data folder that corresponds with Firefox and you can replace it after reset if you still have to issue to restore your settings and customization of Firefox. Usually its found in the hidden USERS> APP DATA Folder, but I would look it up first because I cannot remember right off the top of my head......

Oh, good. I know exactly what folder you're referring to because I save the contents of that folder (the automatically-generated default profile folder) when I want to format and start over. So I'll try resetting in a while because I'm on my way to the grocery store. :)

Thank you!

Is there an ETA on this fix? For some reason it's really annoying me. It's everywhere I look!

See my post and read the sticky for the title prefixes in this section.

If a bug/issue has a ticket number the dev team has the info they need from us/have confirmed the bug/issue, also the prefix tag in the title is [Pending release] so a fix should be in place with the next bi-weekly update.
Quote:
[Confirmed] - This means the behavior is confirmed, but, due to the nature of the issue it may or may not be able to be fixed.
[Will Fix] - This means we are aware of and have confirmed then issue, but a fix is not yet in development. That could be because we're still investigating the issue to determine an exact cause, or because it is a low priority issue and will be done as time allows.
[In Progress] - This means the developers are currently working on a fix to be pushed out in a future release.
[Release Pending] - This means the fix is finished and assigned to a future bi-weekly update. At the time the update is released, these completed issues will be moved into the "Resolved Issues" forum for archival.

Nobody specifically mentioned it, although it probably stems from the same issue, but I also get it on my recent activity page. Just wanted to see if this will be fixed simultaneously.

Yeah, I noticed that relatively recently. I didn't mention it because I didn't want to test anyone's patience.

Hey! It's fixed!

Although, I remember these 'expand' (or "Show/Hide") buttons being shorter horizontally speaking. Like, I remember a bigger space in between them when there are 2 or 3.
