they should be available for purchase any day now. not sure about vcores or L2 cache sizes yet...
L2s are 512 x 2 for those you listed...

And also, no one knows for sure how the 65nm architecture will OC right now. To suggest he gets one because they will OC better without any proof is ludacris...
