I don't get your argument.

Definition of Choice: the act or an instance of choosing or selecting.

This is Apples marketing guy right? Does he not realize that constantly being in the news (by tech standards) slamming the competition for dumb reasons just makes Apple look weak?

The ability to customize every aspect of your phone isn't necessary to everyone. Some people just want their device to work out of the box and not spend hours and hours flashing ROMs/kernels and tweaking every little setting.

Saying iPhone users don't know what customization is incredibly generalizing and I slightly take offense to it. I can customize everything on my jailbroken 4S that I can do with my rooted Nexus 4 other than ROMs and kernels. Obviously unjailbroken iOS isn't as customizable but it comes back to the whole "working out the box" thing. I'm not saying that Android doesn't just work out the box however, because it does to some people.

At the end of the day, that's why you ended up choosing the device that you have, because it works for you. Just because something doesn't fit your needs doesn't make it bad.

As it's been said before in this thread, not acknowledging the flaws of something you use and continuing to praise it as perfect makes you look ignorant.

It's the number that counts, not the actual innovation. The inclusion of a notification drawer is enough for one decade. Now they can coast until they've reached 6K resolution Retina 17.0 screens.

"You haven't been able to see pixels since 2012. Well they just got smaller.

It's 2030. Get with the times. Get iPhone."

Google admits fragmentation is an issue.
Apple says Android fragmentation is an issue.

OCN Android users - fragmentation is not an issue also Apple is stupid.

If anything, the fact that iOS hasn't had to change visually is nothing but a good thing.

I find it quite ridiculous that stock android has had so many different UI iterations whilst the iOS UI has managed to stay relevant. Small refinements have been made over time but that's nothing compared to the major overhalls android has needed. You've got to give Apple credit for making such a contemporary UI that still follows the same design principles it did when it was conceived. iOS isn't out of date, iOS consistently proves it's relevance even on older devices. The same can not be said for Android.

I'm talking about unjail broken/unrooted iphones and androids.
I can change the overall look of the phone by installing a new launcher, getting new widgets, etc. Hell most of the time I like the clean look of a blank desktop so I keep my main one completely cleared, and use a different one for a couple small widgets.

Everyone knows it's an issue. The real point of all of this is how much of an issue it is and whether or not it's even relevant to the Galaxy S4. It's one thing to realize something isn't perfect ie. fragmentation. It's completely another to imply the Galaxy S4 is inferior because "it runs on a dated OS" when your (Schiller's) mobile OS is mostly identical, at least aesthetically and functionally, to what it was 5 years ago. It's laughable.

Outdated as opposed to what's going on with the iPhone? Really?
