Did you have a different GPU installed before you put the Titan in. Have you tried different slots, also if possible can you boot with your old GPU. I had something similar happen with my 690. Also I would use a different cable to make sure that its not the cable taking the signal from the GPU to the monitor that is causing the issue.

I've had a different GPU GTX 680 before hand. I don't have it on hand anymore. I've tried it with multiple cables. The signal to the display just cuts off after windows boot.

I've tried it in other slots. The problem still persists in the other slots as well.

You need to RMA, what mobo are you using?

This honestly sounds like a driver issue and I had something same happen, EVGA did send me a new card and I had the same issue again, I ended up re-installing windows to get it fixed, but per EVGA you should not have to do it.

Anyways, if your mobo has onboard video then remove the titan and use the onboard video. Make sure that everything related to nvidia and drivers has been removed and try one more time. If that does not help call EVGA tell em all the steps you have taken and they will take care of the issue for you. Talk them into doing cross shipping if possible.

I reinstalled windows multiple times. I removed all nvidia related drivers. I've contacted EVGA but they have yet to reply...

I appreciate the help!

Did you email them or did you call them?? I always call as thats the fastest way to get an RMA through with EVGA.

Ok first things first. The problem with the card is a bios issue. By updating your mother board bios, this should solve the issue of your titan not working. This is what happened to me also
