The Asrock Extreme 3 is better.
*EDIT* Also change the thread title to
Help with Random Questions
Or else you will get a bunch of people asking why your not going with one of the builds we made you.

I go with this power supply. I think it's better (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Corsair-Builder-Series-Bronze-Supply/dp/B009RMP44O/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1363631849&sr=8-1)

I am only going to say this once.
Buy these parts
CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor (£99.98 @ Aria PC)
Motherboard: ASRock 970 Extreme3 ATX AM3+ Motherboard (£66.30 @ Amazon UK)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive (£53.26 @ Ebuyer)
Video Card: Club 3D Radeon HD 7870 XT 2GB Video Card (£171.62 @ Amazon UK)
Case: NZXT Source 210 (White) ATX Mid Tower Case (£31.18 @ Scan.co.uk)
Power Supply: Corsair CX500 (£45.74 @ AriaPC)
From those dealers.

Don't try to change things. And yes that power supply is technically better but the real question is can you afford it within your budget.

Prices are changing. I went to check for the case- example, and the price has changed. This is why I am been other-wise, and asking more questions.

The XT model is a Tahiti LE, it's a LOT FASTER THAN A NORMAL 7870! (Something near 7950) if you're referring to sapphire's only 7870 XT and Club3D's jokercard (aka TUV corp who makes the 3 tahiti le cards which is powercolor AX7870 myst edition VTX3D 7870 black edition)

Dude, just build the system we did for you already! It's perfected by us, the hobbyists and the enthusiasts! you can't get better for your budget!
The 600W PSU won't help you at all. Parts in future will use less and less power so you might be able to even SLI with that PSU few generations on...

Then I think this is the one (http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B009RMP2VE/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE) you want me to go for. I hope It will be fine- that is exactly what the hd 7870 needs.thumb.gif
