Some nice parts there. I never see that pump being recommended so I would probably go with something like the DDC or the D5 as it seems to have quite the reputation on here.

This, too. That alphacool water is simply distilled water with Alphacool's logo on the bottle. Just buy a gallon from your local grocery store for $1.29. A silver kill coil is also needed. I've heard that adding PT Nuke or some sort of anti-algae is advised even with a kill coil so maybe look in to that.

Well, the most common go-to rad fan is the Gentle Typhoon AP-15's: http://www.frozencpu.com/products/10323/fan-674/Scythe_Gentle_Typhoon_120mm_x_25mm_Fan_-_1850_RPM_D1225C12B5AP-15_Hot_Item_.html

They offer great performance for a very low noise profile. Alternatively the Cougar CF-V12 fans are great as well. They're maybe 4-5 degrees warmer than the AP-15's but they are essentially silent at full speed. Also look in to the Corsair SP120 series. The High Performance version is fairly loud at full tilt but they outperform the AP-15's by a small margin. the SP120 quiet edition is true to it's name and is completely silent even at full speed.

the xspc fans for 1200 or 1650 rpm
http://www.overclock.net/t/1217517/xspc-fan-review
if you want 2000rpm fans
http://www.swiftech.com/fan120x25mmrdm1225s.aspx

you cant go wrong according to that review especially at $6-8 per fan. i'll be ordering a dozen of those swiftechs this weekend. for $85 shipped. if i bought ap-15s i would be spending almost $200 and for the corsairs would still be almost $200 at my local fry's.( frys are $30 for 2 fans not $25 as most everyone else sells them at.
quite a bargain my book.
