I've still got my v2.1 and v2.0 wrt54g routers. DDWRT and all. I have one at my parents' house now being used as their, well...erhm...router, and the other is in storage. Good times I've had with that beast. 10+ years of owning at least one, and it's still going strong!

I'm holding on to mine. I'm currently using it as a wireless bridge for my receiver and Xbox and it's more reliable than the junk router AT&T U-Verse provides.

Glad I'm not the only one who thinks Belkin is utter garbage. Anything I've ever bought from them regarding wireless networking has been trouble from day one. Not that the list is very long, only two routers and one wireless card, but they were all horrible enough that Belkin is on my 'Never Again' list.

The only thing I've bought from TP-Link is a USB wireless adapter, but it works great. For less than $20, it really exceeded my expectations. Maybe one day I'll take a chance on one of their routers.

I recently purchased a Linksys N300...wouldn't really recommend it. Right now it's mostly stable, but when I first got it I had quite a few problems. Mainly, every other time I booted my PC it would somehow "lose" its default gateway address. No internet connectivity, using ipconfig in the command prompt showed no address in that field, and trying to connect to the router itself wouldn't work either. Sometimes a power cycle would work, other times it wouldn't. One time it did something even more bizarre. It had internet connectivity, but only to Google sites. Anything Google related (Google, Gmail, Youtube etc.) would load up just fine, but the rest of the internet? Nope.

These days I only have to power cycle it about once a week because it stops accepting new connections. If a device is already connected to it, then it's fine and will function as intended. But if I try to say, connect my Vita, it just refuses it.

If this N300 develops any more problems, or its current ones get more frequent, I might try out a TP-Link router.

Remember when MadCatz bought Saitek? I expect a similar outcome.
