Seriously this is one of the worst launches of a game every. Its not even close to blizzard error 37 fiasco, as blizzard allowed people to get refunds, and it took them only a few days to fix the problems.
I would hope so. The support team can't do ANYTHING and people are probably yelling at them. There is nothing the customer service people can do, they have policies in place that make it so they can't give refunds (which probably require supervisor approval to give any ways), policies in place to prevent them from hanging up or being rude to people, and so forth.
Quit blaming the customer support people for things that are beyond their control and they didn't create and cannot fix. I'm glad the number got censored so there will be less ignorant people like you calling them just to complain.
