You don't need a 3770K if this is just for games, get a 3570k.

Check out Cooler Masters HAF series of cases. They are big and allow for alot of air flow...hence the name, HAF.

This is a solid Motherboard. Gigabyte makes really good stuff. I would go with something from them or ASrock. I have an ASrock and It is great for me. If you are going to overclock a lot, then honestly you should get a gigabyte. Also look at the UD3H model. Still in the z77 chipset.

I'm not sure why you are stuck on 16gb of ram, but if you get 8 now (which is really the standard for gamers) you can pick up another 8 down the line for 50 bucks. Save the money and step up to a 7970. You will be much happier in the future with a 7970 plus you can get one with 3gb of vram, which MIGHT be very useful when the new consoles come out. I purchased a 4gb card because of this. Only time will tell if I wasted money on the extra vram or not...but you should at the very least get a 7950 3gb.

Check this out.

That is a horrible price for a 120gb SSD. Try to find a Samsung or Crucial M4 120/128. You should be able to find one of those for $99 pretty easy. I got my 128gb M4 for 80 on sale.

My biggest advice for your second build would be to not buy that power supply...spend money on a good one. I don't think I can stress that enough.
