Should i get a ZALMAN CNPS9900ALED to replace my hyper 212 evo

I can get this for $10 and i thought it might be an upgrade, although i do hear a lot of hate about it, should i get it?

I happen to have read quite a few reviews on this , it drops behind the 212 though in some reviews and it's ahead of the NH-D14 on others , so it's up to you tongue.gif plus it looks ugly xD
