Before I order, which PSU?

Thread Starter
Ok I have a OCZ StealthXStream 500w thats about 3.5 years old with very little use on it, looking to run the following

Core i5 3470 (Only looking to OC to about 4Ghz)
Sapphire HD7870 OC 2GB (Only looking to OC to about 1.2Ghz)
8GB DDR3 1600 (2x4gb)
Samsung 8GB 830 SSD
DVD RW
Gigabyte Z77N-Wifi

Now is it better to just get a Corsair CX600 for $38 after MIR? I just don't want to spend a fortune,

The 500 from OCZ will be fine for that rig if that's all you're going to be using. I would stick with what you have for now!

Good choice, the Corsair CX series is pretty awful line of PSUs, the 600W one can't even supply you with 600W...
