The only thing I can see that would be a match to the chipset/memory speed is this:
It has the same chipset/southbridge..

http://www.asus.com/products.aspx?l1...11&modelmenu=2

Open your case and try to find the model.

If its an HP or other mass manufactured PC you'll possibly have to try their website for the Bios. Unless its an exact match to the board on Asus's site.

Wow you're good! Yes it is an HP, but it's very odd. They OC'ed the PC2700 ram to 3200 speeds and lowered the timings... All the stickers say PC2700, lol.

Asus A7V8X-MX
I found it to be this. I don't know exactly if that is right, but if it is close, then it def. is a HP OEM mobo.

You shouldn't be able to do that kind of stuff on a HP board. Also, you might want to feel your memory to check if it is hot, before you burn it out.

EDIT: They? HP??

Thanks guys, I'll check HP's site. Yes, they as in HP, OC'ed the ram from PC2700 to PC3200. I think it was so the cpu and mem. fsb are the same.
