Which would be your 1st, 2nd and 3rd Favourites? how does the 1080p screens look in portrait? is their glare or what ever it is??
With the same ASUS 1ms monitor can the difference be seen between light boost turned on and off? Just wondering for Eyefinity and 5x1P.
I'm certainly interested but i think living in Australia i would have to do the debezelling myself EEEK!!!
What about the uncovered electronics? Have you thought about options to cover them back up partially?
Is there anyway to run 5 monitors in surround. is there any hacks or cables, plugs we can use to make it think it crt? Im really digging the 5x1 but i would like to keep my 2 Gtx Titans.
5x1 makes me a little less competitive. So much information and usually puts important information off to the sides = more head turning and slower reaction. The TN screens in portrait have to be angles just right in order for the viewing angles to not totally piss you off. The Asus VG248QE is by far the best setup IMO. Lightboost motion clarity combined with the high resolution is unbeatable. I've though about using some black felt or something to cover the backs of the monitors, but would only really care about that if the computer desk was open and viewable to the room which it is not. With the desk up against the wall, I haven't bothered. The black felt would look decent and still allow heat to escape. NVIDIA is 3x monitor surround only, so you would have to go with 7970's like my previous setups.

Question is: where have you found wallpapers for your resolution? 3240x1920 seems a little rare and all I can find is: wallpaperfusion.com/Search/?Monitors=3
I just Google the high res images and usually can find some pretty nice stuff.
