3D Gaming with Nvidia

Hi

I need some help choosing a minimum graphics card for 3d gaming.

When I play games I normally play on medium to high settings, so the graphics card doesn't need to always give high details wink.gif .The games I normally play are BF3, SC2, NFS (all of them) and CRYSIS. I would prefer it having SLI.
I Do Not have a budget but I would like to know the minimum for running these on Medium with 3D.

I was looking at A GTX 660 and later on SLI (laaaaaaaater on). But as I said I would like to know the minimum for 3D gaming on medium settings thumb.gif

Thanks in Advanced

Minimum changes from game to game.

my 670 is way more than enough for Batman Arkham Asylum in 3D but the same GPU can only coop with medium settings in BF3.

I would advice 660TI at least, but 660 should be fine too.

Thanks. Is your GPU overclock?

for a single card i would suggest looking at a 670 for 3D gaming. if you really are looking at going 660 SLI that will work but, if you can, try to get the best single card.

Yeah mine is factory OCed and very happy.

You can look into it.

Single card?...670 at minimum if you're not into OCing BUT If you're into OCing, then I recommend a 660 Ti at minimum.

Stock 670 does very well compared to a stock 680 regarding to 3D gaming.
